Where are you located and what areas do you service?

How quickly can I start service?
We prefer 48 hours advance notice to start services, but we will make every effort to provide the assistance immediately if needed.
What is the first step to starting services?
Calling our office to speak with an Operations Supervisor to assess your needs.
What if I need help on a weekend or evening - are you available to assist me in a timely manner?
Services are available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, 365 days/year. Feel free to contact a member for in-home custodial care services.
Do you provide live-in caregivers?
We do not provide live-in caregivers. Our shifts range from 2-12 hours. We have found the team approach allows for continuity of care for our clients, resulting in the best care possible for our clients.
Am I able to interview the caregiver(s)?
Due to availability, it is sometimes difficult to arrange an interview, but we will make every effort to set one up if you request it. We try to take the stress away from you by getting as much information about your expectations and personality requests so our knowledgeable staff can find the right caregiver for you.
How do you screen caregivers?
We do a number of screenings including national criminal history, national sex offender registry, federal office of inspector general registry, driving records, drug screens, physical examinations and reference checks before starting employment.
What training do caregivers have?
All caregivers are trained in house by a registered nurse. Some of our staff are also certified by the state as a Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide.
What if I am not satisfied with the caregiver you provided?
We want you to be completely satisfied and comfortable with your caregiver. If you have concerns with your caregiver, please contact our office so we can provide a caregiver that better fits your needs.
What if my regularly scheduled caregiver is unable to come?
We will notify you as soon as possible and work to provide you a caregiver to meets your needs.
Billing & Insurance
How much does your service cost?
The cost of service depends on type of service, please contact our team for specific pricing for your loved one.
What if I only need service for an hour or two?
We have a 2 hour minimum for our services.
What if I only need your services temporarily, for instance, while my private caregiver is away?
There is no contract, we can provide services for 1 day or on an ongoing basis. We are able to work with each client on an individual basis to address their needs based on the level of care that best suits their needs.
What if I need to discontinue service?
A call to our office is all that is needed, there is no contract, services can be stopped immediately at any time.
Do you accept credit cards?
We accept check or credit cards with the option to have automatic withdrawals scheduled.
Will Medicare, Health Insurance or VA Benefits pay for this service?
Medicare and commercial health insurance typically do not cover this type of service. You will need to check with your specific policy to see if it covers custodial private duty care. Veteran Administration Benefits sometimes are available for these types of service, you will need to reach out to your case manager at the Veterans Administration to request services.
Will my Long-term Care Insurance cover your service?
We do accept some long-term care insurance policies. You will need to check with your specific policy to see if "in home custodial care" is covered.
