Visiting Care Plus office and field staff, the after-hours supervisor, other agency staff, clients, and their families.
Provides personal care assistance services to enable the client to live in their own home and community rather than in an institution. Assist with functions of daily living, self-care, and mobility.
High school diploma or GED preferred. Must demonstrate the ability to read and write adequately. Must be able to complete required visit records, forms, and reports of visits. Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
Experience preferred in providing direct assistance with daily living activities in a personal services agency, home health agency, hospital, long-term care facility, or in serving people with developmental disabilities.
